Love this recipe. Simple yet yummy. The key is fresh ingredients.  When growing up we use to go to restaurants a lot until some of the chefs knew us so well and actual brought me at times in their kitchen to watch them make some of my favorite dishes. Your pesto bruschetta reminds me of those good old days when my dear friend Nunzio use to spoil me. He moved back to Italy, so now I try to  replicate all the great foods he served me.

It looks like I’m on a bit of a bacon kick this week with Fettuccine Cauli-Fredo with Brussels Sprouts and Bacon on Tuesday, and Bacon & Onion Green Beans on Wednesday. Let’s be honest though, we’re always on a bacon kick!
This dip is a creamy bean dip with onion and bacon flavors! Lemon juice lightens it up. It’s perfect for your Super Bowl party or any big party!
