Love this recipe. Simple yet yummy. The key is fresh ingredients. When growing up we use to go to restaurants a lot until some of the chefs knew us so well and actual brought me at times in their kitchen to watch them make some of my favorite dishes. Your pesto bruschetta reminds me of those good old days when my dear friend Nunzio use to spoil me. He moved back to Italy, so now I try to replicate all the great foods he served me.
