И уточнение по парашютам - как верно указывают в комментариях, парашюты могли принадлежать пилотам 1 из 2 украинских самолетов, которые вели "Боинг" от Киева. По свидетельству очевидцев, с места катастрофы уходил 1 самолет хунты, а не 2. Так что парашютисты вполне могут быть летчиками ВВС хунты.
Ну и пара "предсказаний" готовящейся провокации.

The Spanish air-traffic controller out of Boryspil airport confirms that the "Boeing" was shot down by a Ukrainian fighter jet .
On radar this was all recorded, for the incredulous, [that the plane was] shot down by Kiev, we here know it and so does military air-traffic control. [original in Spanish]

And the clarification in regard to the parachutes - as the correctly point out in the comments, the parachutes pilots could belong to 1 of the 2 Ukrainian aircraft that escorted the "Boeing" from Kiev.
According to eyewitnesses, at the crash site came away 1 of the junta's aircraft rather than 2. So the parachutists may well be pilots of the junta's Air Force.
Well, [here are] a couple of "predictions" of preparations for the provocation.
