First of all Sean Lam sold us a new 2014 F150 Lariat. He was very personable from the beginning and continued throughout the whole transaction. He is easy to talk with and we enjoyed his demeanor. He was very helpful in introducing the many settings dealing with the instrument panel. It will be very easy to recommend him to our friends. Thank You Sean PS, Sean came back from talking with his boss man with their offer. It was far to high and all I wanted was my keys so I could continue my search for my new pickup. While walking to the door Sean says this guy wants to talk with you. Dave "Major" Minor visited with me about prices, cost difference and options. After a couple minutes I was going to walk out, when Dave says, you have to sign this contract. I didn't know he had accepted my offer. So I would say Dave is an okay guy too.

Just bought our dream car a 2013 Dodge Challenger. This was an awesome experience, wonderful sales person Rich Bentley, no pressure, gave us time alone to discuss as a couple. We had a long day, and had an understanding finance manager Matt Fiene, he was very good at explaining everything in detail, and even waited till the next day for us to bring back our down payment and sign the final papers. Great team. OUTSTANDING. We have already decided, we will buy from them again later. It was awesome to get a hug and handshake !

Atchley Ford's service team lead by Rod Newsam did an EXCELLENT job on my Taurus on Sept.10,2014, when they installed the SMART BOX!!!!!!! All of the freakish things my car was doing have stopped!! In no time at all, the guys were finished with it. I was totally shocked by the speed of the repair. You guys are GREAT!! If the SMART BOX had not solved the problems, I was prepared to ask Rod if he would perform an exorcism on my car. Luckily, we didn't have to resort to such extreme measures! THANK YOU ALL!!!!! Rod, I love your sense of humor. Yes, My sister & I had a fabulous time together visiting our mother! Thank you for making it all possible ! Your loyal customer, Cheri Butler

From the first experience I had with Atchley employee Herman Shields I knew I had found a replacement from my old dealer..Baxter Ford. Herman made my simple request of a missing owners manual disappear. Now I know a owner's manual woo pee. Its not just how he handle the problem but the way I felt afterwards. He made me consider coming back and discussing future option, I came back with my for service and meant Jessica K. What an experience! From the simple greeting to the follow up questions and then the explanation that I was spending to much for a oil change. BAD BAXTER! The quick lube Jon Carr has helped me a few times now.He is a great guy. I have seen him train or explain other employees, he is great with them too. The service you get from Atchley is above the mark by far. Paul and Mikey with their crew.. if they can make me feel great about a car investment. Then they can make anyone happy! Please guys continue the great work and keep the service jumping.

I had an oil change and multi-check done on my vehicle on 04/25/15. they notified me that I would need brakes on front and rear. Gave me an estimate with a battery install, and new brakes of $556.00. I returned my vehicle for the brake job and new battery on 04/29/15. Brought it in at 7:45. They had my vehicle for over 6 1/2 hours for a brake job!. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Jess,( nice lady) called and said they had brought in the wrong brake drums and shoes for my vehicle is why it took so long. Well, everything said and done, when picking up my vehicle, the total cost is $100.00 more then what they estimated it to be! UNACCEPTABLE! Total for brakes and new battery.......$$644.00!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! They Should have given a discount for having the vehicle for so long, and/or stayed with what the estimate given was. I will NEVER ever take my vehicle back to ATCHLY Ford for ANY type of repair again. I feel they really ripped me off! Before taking your vehicle to ATCHLEY, get other estimates. ATCHLEY is a rip-off! no matter what you say, they do not care what your opinion is! I feel like I am NOT a valued customer!

Last week I came into the dealership while I was test driving a car from another car lot. As I walked up to the door I was immediately welcomed by Steven Church. He asked me what I wanted, I told him and he got me exactly want I wanted in my price range on the very first shot. After having just recently gone to another place that did not give me anything I wanted, I felt that Steven listened to what I wanted and delivered it. The whole finance team Steve, Austin and Matt worked together to get me approved for my 2013 Ford Flex SEL in a timely fashion. I would also like to say when Steven was off one day, Michael Galvin stepped in and took care of me like I was his own client. Last, there was a couple of issues that needed to be panned out about my truck and they where happy to fix them for me at no additional charge, even after the purchase was finalized. All I can say is if you want quality sales representation and people that really care about your wants and needs in getting a car, this is where you need to go!

I brought 2 vehicles in for an oil change at the Quick Lane. While I was waiting an older woman came in and had a hard time sitting in the short, soft waiting room chairs. Jon gave her his chair and stood behind the counter the rest of the time I was there. I also had time to watch Jon interact with other customers, in person and on the phone. He was always very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable.

I am writing this about the service area receptionist. I haven't gotten my car serviced yet and already I am unhappy. She was rude, spoke way too fast and almost hung up on me. I explained to her when making my appointment that I had only one car and a son I had to drop off and pick up from school, she didn't offer any temporary vehicle so that I could take care of my child's needs. When I asked her about this she said we have a shuttle that will take you home as the repairs could last one to two days. I shouldn't have to ask my friends who are also busy to help me. The worst part about all this is that because of her attitude and lack of helping me with my situation I so plainly explained, I have no desire to buy anything in the near future from Atchley Ford. I will be sure to let the service manager know about this and why.
