Danmarks kedeligste hjemmeside - version 3.0.

Cocoa farmers who don't know what their product is used for try chocolate for the first time.

Cocoa farmers in Ivory Coast have only heard rumors about what their cocoa beans are used for. A journalist passes around a bar of chocolate, and they can't believe what they're eating.

This is a fascinating look at how disconnected we are from our food, and how globalization and industrial production has separated the experiences of people. Just as these farmers have never seen a chocolate bar before, most Americans -- who are very familiar with chocolate bars -- have never seen cocoa beans, cocoa trees and cocoa pods before, or understand how it's produced or fermented.

Who's to blame for the junk food health crisis?

The documentary "Fed Up" says government is to blame because they allow junk food companies to dictate government policy and subsidies that benefit food companies at the expense of public health:

Is it caused by antibiotics, which kill the gut bacteria the govern weight and immune response?
