Giving Hyundai of Escondido 4 out of 5 stars because of the parts & service manager Steve. He has been so helpful and if it wasn't for him the place would get 1 out 5 based off of the issues with the service department I've had. Steve is a very professional manager who cares about the customer and their concerns and works with you. I purchased a new Hyundai Elantra Coupe (which I LOVE) in 2013 and had some minor maintenance on the door that needed to be fixed. After several times back and forth, Steve took over and took care of everything. THANK YOU!
