I've been trying to better my health recently and that entailed a lot of new habits that I had to practice daily to see good (long-term) results.

It's been almost a year of experimenting with different habits that will hopefully help me live a healthier life and good habit-forming was a critical skill to learn in the process.

Only using two "productivity tools" everyday was the system that has been working for me so far. Low maintenance and minimal - requirements for me so I can actually focus on the most important tool: discipline.

I realize that what's stopping me from posting a blogpost consistently is the uneven levels of expectations of "what my blogposts should be" and "what I realistically have time for".

Here's another initial post in an attempt to blog in a series. I really hope I keep this up as there's been a lot on my mind lately on what I'd like to share, especially on community building. Too many people have asked me how to do things and I'd like this blog to be a record of all my responses!

I've moved! Ashlinspiration is still close to my heart, of course, and I haven't taken any of my old blogposts down (so read to your heart's content!). I hope to be able to be more focused and purposeful in this new space of the internet and I'm really looking forward to filling this in! :D

I've never felt nor seen myself blush until now. It felt even better than a first kiss, meeting Jin, Miguel, and the Tux Team. Definitely a moment that I'll never ever forget =3=

I've realized I've become much too   pragmatic compared to the me two years ago so it was refreshing to see the energy and optimism these young women had when faced with the challenge of helping a community.
