The Mat Teacher Training courses will focus on the classical system of Pilates Mat technique. The two weekends will complete 32 hours of classroom time followed by self-practice and observation for a total of 50 training hours. Tuition includes manual and access to four videos which cover the two weekends. Students are required to take both weekend courses to ensure competency and confidence in the classical technique.
