As moms (dads too) we are always so busy focusing on our kids and other people. If we don't focus on taking care of ourselves, we won't be able to help others.

I have set a goal for myself to stay focused and become a healthier, happier me. I am setting time aside throughout the day to achieve my goals, so that I can be the best me I can be, which in turn will help me to be there for others better.

What better way to start a new week and month, then to try a new health program. This is my first time doing the 3-Day Refresh, loving it so far. I like the regimented schedule. I think it will help me get better at staying on track going forward.

Already had 32 oz of water, my chocolate shake with blueberries and about to enjoy a green tea.

What are you doing for yourself? You are important too!
