Lacking a proper air filter in the workshop I had a go making one from a household fan. Not as good as the real thing but it seems to work and it was a lot cheaper.

My budget home made disk sander is finished and working very nicely.

After starting 8 months ago I have finished my DIY table saw by adding a base to stand it on.
Last year I decided to try and build a table saw, I had never used a table saw before but it always seemed like one of the most useful workshop tools to have. As a starting point I used one of Matthia...

I wouldn't take chances with that. Assuming it's a single speed saw, just lock the saw on and install an AC light switch wired to an standard outlet box. A purchased power strip might work, but you'd want to make sure it will handle the saw's current. The amp rating is what you want to check.

After some fiddling I have the new web Push Notifications working in Chrome, as part of the service worker these respond to notifications from the server and trigger a native device notification on Android.
And as a bonus they then appear on my watch :)
