I have had a horrible experience with Project Fi. They don't seem to be ready as a service provider. There is 0 bars of coverage from T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular most of the time. It is struggling to get 2 bars and tries hard for LTE but goes down to Edge.

Hence, all calls fall back on Wifi calling and OMG it is bad. Poor audio quality, dropped calls.

Add to that bad service. I have opened a case for 3 days and no one has called me back. It has been escalated for technical consult which apparently takes unknown amount of time.

I am just about ready to dump this and move to Verizon

Would more people buy Samsung phones if they were to run near stock Android and release 2-3 weeks delayed Android OS roll-outs?

Their HW and built quality is definitely awesome and they make good cameras. If they innovate on HW and custom apps (Knox, camera, productivity tools, etc) and keep OS as pure Android that would be better. Kinda like Motorola with premium HW
