How can one share albums with spouses or close friends so that they can add to their Google photos. This way they want to see pictures from that album they don't need to search through g+ for share

humm. I'm at a loss on that one. It has functioned fine for me on my laptop and on iOS. I think they just released an update today, maybe that will fix the problem. Best of luck!

Why are these bloggers obsessed about sneaking the photos/specs of devices before they are released? It's shame and ruins the hard work and event plans for manufacturers.

Readers should dislike, discourage this practice. No audience = no incentive to leak.

What difference does 2 days, weeks or months make. Write about what is released and being used rather than hunting what's not released.

When was the last time these guys reviewed success of a certain device or sw release 6 months after release?

I get sick of opening their page just to see .... XXX leaked, we have the first scoop .... BS

Sony Xperia M5 and C5 Ultra leak in high-res photos ahead of official announcement

Post by +Jimmy Westenberg
Sony's new Xperia M5 and C5 Ultra handsets won't be officially unveiled until next week, but that's not stopping us from getting an early look at the unannounced devices. Earlier today Russian tech site Hi-Tech.Mail.ru leaked both devices in full, giving us a good look at Sony's upcoming smartphones. Sony Xperia C5 Ultra The Xperia C5 Ultra is arguably the more interesting of the two. It has a big 6.0-inch Full HD display that extends all t...

More often than not, I suspect, it's the manufacturers themselves leaking shots and hoping to get some free publicity/marketing (aka buzz).

There's no such thing as a Nexus 5 2015 . Just rumors .

The next Nexus will be out Oct/Nov most likely though

Project fi - I have an invite, I am super excited to try - But is it practical?

I have Nexus 5 - love the phone, no need to upgrade to Nexus 6 - for Project fi I must

Google IO this week - will they expand support for more phones?

Will they announce new phones? Usually they announce in October release

What would you do in my situation?

I have an update, Google sent me another email today which says - your project fi invite will not expire. Means I can wait for Nexus 5 support or October for newer Nexus (hopefully Nexus 5 2015 model)

It is sad N5 does this everyday. Running 5.1.1 it will die completely by 2pm everyday.

Granted I don't live in area that has coverage of AT&T but this kind of performance is just painful.

Wish #Google would launch a Movie and TV service in USA with unlimited streaming of old/new movies and shows, live sports around the world and ability to buy and own movies.

I would gladly pay $25-50/month for such service.

Live sports is the only thing that keeps cable alive, they won't let it go online so easy! :) With live streaming any time you want you don't need to buy/own movies. Netflix + another service is your best bet:) and i think this model serves well because you get variety of content, plus it keeps the competition healthy - no power concentrated in just one hand

CNET: Patent holders cut streaming fees for next-gen video tech. http://google.com/newsstand/s/CBIw193Mtx8

#Vidyo mentioned as one of patent holders of HEVC
HEVC, a new standard for compressing 4K video, will be cheaper for many companies to use than its industry-dominating predecessor. Maybe Google's competition helped.

Nice Dinner, ordered Veggie Fajitas and Veggie quesadillas which were delicious. The guacamole was average, not bad. Rice and beans were standard. The flavors of the Fajitas made me write the review. Definitely will try again.
