Attorney Cory Itkin was honored to speak on a panel at the 27th Annual Admiralty and Maritime Law Conference last Friday. Cory used his expertise in maritime law to discuss Maintenance and Cure and when it may be owed for experimental medical procedures and long-term care. We are proud to see Cory share his knowledge with colleagues and even more proud of the justice he obtains for hundreds of injured clients each year.

Yesterday, Arnold & Itkin Attorneys Kyle Findley, Kala Sellers, and Adam Lewis obtained a $39.744 million verdict on behalf of a client who was burned in an industrial accident. The defendants refused to take responsibility for the unsafe design of a dust collection system at a plywood plant in Corrigan, Texas that exploded and hurt our client. Our client had faith in his lawyers and the jury system. His faith was rewarded when the jury saw right through the companies’ excuses. Arnold & Itkin is honored to fight for clients like this and help them get the justice they deserve.
