Introduction
I am the president of Vertical Measures and author of Accelerate! Moving Your Business Forward Through the Convergence of Search, Social & Content Marketing. Vertical Measures specializes in providing strategic search, social and content marketing services, designed to help businesses grow by obtaining more traffic and conversions.

I have held executive positions in the world of new technologies and marketing for more than 20 years. I served on the 2008 Arizona Super Bowl Marketing Committee and am a founder and past president of the Arizona Interactive Marketing Association (AZIMA).

I am a frequent speaker at conferences such as PubCon, SMX, AMA, Inbound, and the ASU Cronkite School of Journalism. I am also an instructor for the Content Marketing Institute.

Made an appt. to go see a used car there today. They assured us the car was there. We had 2 cars to trade (which they knew) so 3 of us took the 2 cars and went there at the appointed time. They walked us around the lot to find the car. After 20 minutes of b.s. a manager had to tell us the car was not there. This was just a hustle to get us on the lot. We have since learned their chain of 25 dealers are famous for this. I just cannot believe they are willing to tell bold faced lies. How do they sleep at night?
