This video was 72 seconds of opinionated historical inaccurasies with no references anywhere! Even christians should cringe at this.
You should read into http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Society_of_Jesus
. They believed in Jesus. So did http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inquisition
and both of these were not good guys. They drown the bodycount of both your Communists and Nazis many times over. But since Europe was under christian rule at the time, both were protected from prosecution.
It is being debated whether religion is the primary source of wars lately. Frankly I believe business creates more wars but religion and business was allways two sides of the same coin.
I am an atheist and that means I do not believe in neither heaven nor hell, thus I couldn't care less if those doors are closed to me; They don't exist!
And since neither of those concepts exist I am governed by my own morals, good ones too, and you should take this to heart;
I am a good guy because my parents brought me into this world with care and protection. They taught me to aid and help neighbors in time of hardships, to be honest and kind. Your morals are dictated to you by a doctrine that was stolen from other religios texts allmost 2000 years ago! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Council_of_Nicaea
. That bible you hold so precious was collected into a religios text and translated from various languages into latin around 330AD. Neither text was originally christian, that didnt come until later. At least if I misbehave, I have to take the blame myself. You can allways say God made you do it.
And keep the flag out of the christian thing! It is in your constitution that the US shouldn't be governed with christian morals! Your great founding fathers, of whom I have the utmost and greatest respect, allready in those days thought in terms of religions freedom, and freedom from religion.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaty_of_Tripoli
This one is heavy so heres a lighter a source that is easier to digest: The Newsroom - Rinos, Real Republicans, The Tea Party, The Founding Fathers on religion and more
In conclusion what I want to say is this: You are entitled to your opinion. You are also in your right to make that film stating your opinions, but you are not entitled to disrespect opinions that differ from yours. You should treat them with respect, whether or not they treat you with respect.
