Post is pinned.
As I've seen others doing it, with G+ shutting down next year here are my profiles on other social media sites (with a few comments) in a pinned post. If you're interested follow me there, or not if you don't feel like it:

Not strictly speaking social media, but they are Indieweb enabled so let me start with my blogs:
My all purpose general blog: blog.ministryofpropaganda.co.uk
My Islay blog: new.islayblog.com
My Islay Photoblog: www.islay.org.uk

Twitter (almost exclusively only Islay related posts): https://twitter.com/islayblog

Facebook (again, mostly posting Islay stuff there, some personal things):
https://www.facebook.com/armin.grewe

YouTube (mostly videos of Islay, also some around West Berkshire): https://www.youtube.com/user/agrewe

Pluspora/Diaspora (dabbling with this. Islay posts of course, but also the politics, Brexit etc like here on G+): islayblog@pluspora.com (or what seems to be my profile: https://www.pluspora.com/people/46330910addf013646c5005056268def)

I also have a LinkedIn account, but at least for now there's not a lot happening there. No link, if you want to connect on LinkedIn feel free to search for me there.

That's how it stands now, if anything changes I'll update this post.

Time to say Good Bye (part 2 - the politics/Brexit postings)

Well then. Earlier I mentioned I was going to stop my Islay postings on G+ and where to continue following me if you're interested in them. Following on from that I've decided to also move on with my politics/Brexit related posts and stop posting here on G+ this week. I might still post here occasionally until the end of this week, but I plan to delete the bookmark for G+ this weekend.

Pretty much all my political/Brexit related posts in the future will be on Pluspora if you're in the "Fediverse" or whatever it's called:
https://pluspora.com/people/46330910addf013646c5005056268def (or islayblog@pluspora.com)
This is more of a mixed feed. While the main focus will be on politics/Brexit there will be at least one daily Islay post as well as the odd music video and some other stuff.

I haven't made the final decision yet, I might also make the odd political/Brexit posting on my "all purpose blog", the (in)famous "Ministry of Propaganda": http://blog.ministryofpropaganda.co.uk/ But as I said, it covers all kinds of stuff including my baking experiments, some wildlife and landscape photography (if not from Islay but from England), music and more.

I largely avoid politics/Brexit on Twitter and Facebook, almost no direct post, pretty much only the odd comment/reply to someone else's post.

It was great here while it lasted, hope to read/see you elsewhere in the future.

Time to say Good Bye (part 1 - the Islay postings)

When I updated to the latest Jetpack version last night I noticed that they had removed the share to G+ option. May be slightly prematurely, but there's no real point debating that. Now I could post the links here manually, but instead I've decided to speed up my departure now. I will stop posting my Islay links here as of today.

If you like my Islay postings I would suggest the following:

To start with you can of course go to the blogs directly:
http://www.islay.org.uk/
http://new.islayblog.com/

If you use any kind of feedreader you can subscribe to the RSS feeds:
http://www.islay.org.uk/feed/
http://new.islayblog.com/feed/

If you're using Twitter you might want to follow me there, I share all my Islay posts there as well as a lot of other Islay related things (e.g. retweets etc):
https://twitter.com/islayblog I'd estimate 80-90% of my Twitter posts are Islay related, very little else.

I'm also sharing my Islay posts on Pluspora if you're in the "Fediverse" or whatever it's called:
https://pluspora.com/people/46330910addf013646c5005056268def (or islayblog@pluspora.com)
This is more of a mixed feed. While I share my Islay posts here I also write about other topics here, in particular about politics, at the moment for obvious reasons Brexit.

I'm also on Facebook, but I'm still debating with myself how long I'll keep that up. So I won't link that here, but feel free to search for me on FB if you're so inclined.

That's all. I hope you enjoyed my Islay posts and that if you did that you will continue doing so in some other way.

Well, no surprise really, considering this farce is organised by Chris Failing Grayling.....
