Email marketing generates tremendous ROI, sometimes hundreds of times higher than the investment to send it. Your email marketing efforts whether to existing or new customers should be a resource with timely, relevant information and easy-to-use actions: menus, clickable offers, click-to-call phone numbers, etc. Also, make sure the Reply email addresses reaches an actual person(s) who can help customers.
