My mother had a procedure and a blasian with an affiliated surgery center. which uses Arizona pain to prescribe medication. told her they could not get her in that day after the procedure and to wait. very rude staff members

James - We are very sorry to hear that this happened. This is not indicative of how we run our practice. Please contact us and let us know how we can help make the situation right. We want to correct this issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you.

I have a sense of hope that Az Pain has been able to identify and begin to treat the specific area or source of the pain I am experiencing. So far the results are good. I still have a ways to go but am confident that with the experinced care of the Dr. and staff I will reach my goal of being pain free and be able to function normally. I find the staff to be very inviting and willing to help with every step of the procedure to get me where I need to be.

I was in a couple days ago and heard a woman complaining about veterans and our "issues". I asked at checkout who this woman was, make sure and ask for Marissa and find out how she really feels about your service before you support their business.

I can't say enough about the care that I have been given. From the very first phone conversation I knew that the experience at Arizona Pain would be great......and I was correct. The staff has been exceptional. Dr Scott has explained the steps needed to reach the end result of being pain free and I am on track for that process. This has all been a very positive experience. Funny, but I look forward to my next appointment...

I have had four visits with Arizona Pain, and I'm already feeling incredibly better. I have been incredibly impressed with the staff, their honesty and easy process of dealing with my insurance company. I'm looking forward to my upcoming visits. My doctor is thorough and my back has felt much better just after two weeks!

I was pleasantly surprised with the staff...their promptness in getting me in to see the doctor was appreciated. As for the nurse and doctor, I was grateful that even though I am a new patient, they are addressing my pain issue immediately. I am being scheduled for a procedure that will take care of my pain issue for at least one year. I'm grateful to not have to make appointment after appointment to address my issue with neck pain and migraine headaches.

I was very happy with my recent experience with Arizona Pain Specialists. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything I need to know. The procedure on my neck has made it so I can move much easier with less pain, no more knot feeling when I turn my head and sharp pain radiating across my shoulders.
