It is not coincidence that each Archibald pair is meticulously made in Japan.
Excellence and the quest to be excellent sits at the heart and soul of Japanese culture. The concept of a lifetime of dedication to a craft is known as Kodawari こだわり, and this approach is as much about the individual’s achievement as anything else – products are made to feed their soul rather than just to make money. It is not just about a technical excellence, it is about sincerity to their craft, a journey of self-discovery so to speak.

Arthur Miller once declared “If you believe that life is worth living, then your belief will create the fact”. Though minimalist, the design of the Arthur still manages to exude the same class as its namesake –achieving results with minimal effort and unrivalled chivalry – this design is due to be a legend.
Available as prescription glasses or polarised sunglasses.
