Want to know what it is like to be a dentist?  Listen to this podcast featuring Dr. Zelie on Jon of All Trades.

Attention ALL patients of Dr. Stephen Zelie, DDS:
If you haven’t seen Dr. Zelie lately you REALLY should make an appointment.  “Dr. Z.” looks twice as young and more than twice as competent/caring than he was the last time you visited him! . . .
. . . That’s because he has retired and Dr. Tiffany Manzo and Dr. Erin Cettie have taken over his practice.
Recently, both my husband, Jim, and I have been to Applewood Dental for routine check-ups and have had additional dental services performed.  At first, we were both skeptical about trusting our oral health to a new dentist.  It only took one visit to realize that there is NO WAY Dr. Zelie would have entrusted his former patients to just anyone!  And knowing that Dr. Zelie trusts doctors Manzo and Cettie . . . we decided to give them a chance.  I am so please we did!
BONUS:  Gretchen is still there, too, so you will know you are in the right place.  And they have remodeled!  Please call #303-237-2707 to schedule your appointment.  Or simply stop by their offices – in the same building – at 12495 W. 32nd Avenue in Wheat Ridge to meet Dr. Manzo and Dr. Cettie.  They’ll make you feel so at home that when you leave you’ll be asking yourself Dr. Zelie who?

Delighted patients of Dr. Manzo and Dr. Cettie

Dr. Zelie has made another great choice.  I have had a chance to see Dr. Manzo on three separate occasions and am very happy that she is now at Applewood Dental.  She is very knowledgeable, efficient and gentle not to mention kind and welcoming. My husband and daughters have seen either Dr. Cettie or Dr. Manzo and are also very happy with their treatment.  It also goes without saying that we are so happy Gretchen is part of the team. Thanks, Sandy Heemsbergen (Patient since 2003)

Dear Friends,

I am writing this letter to inform you that, as of the end of April 2015, I will no longer be practicing dentistry. Getting to know you and caring for your dental needs has been the joy of my professional life. As you probably know, you have felt like family to me. You will be pleased to know I have found two very competent talented dentists to continue your dental care. I interviewed over a dozen candidates and Dr.Tiffany Manzo and Dr. Erin Cettie scored a nine out of ten (nobody gets a perfect ten). I found these doctors to be enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, caring and skillful dentists. Dr. Manzo and Dr. Cettie are both dedicated to quality care and patient comfort and I am confident in their abilities!

After getting to know Dr. Cettie and Dr. Manzo, it was clear that they were the perfect fit for this office.  Dr. Erin Cettie was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She attended The University of Texas at El Paso and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston.  She is passionate about her career, and brings her energy and love for dentistry to every patient. For Dr. Cettie, dentistry is about understanding that every patient is unique and deserves the highest quality treatment.

Dr. Tiffany Manzo grew up in Tucson, Arizona.  She attended Arizona State University for her B.S., and then the University of Colorado for her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.  Dr. Manzo loves the idea of watching families grow while helping them stay healthy.  In 2010, she began practicing dentistry and became passionate about preventative and conservative dentistry.  She looks forward to providing the best care to your entire family.

After spending some time with both Doctors and their husbands, I am confident Dr. Cettie and Dr. Manzo will take great care of each and every one of you.  They are excited to be a part of the Wheat Ridge community, and invite you into their new home – Applewood Dental.  I strongly recommend you to continue with your dental care under their excellent supervision. Your dental records will remain in this office. Gretchen will be staying to assist Dr. Manzo and Dr. Cettie assuring the highest possible patient care that you have come to expect in our practice.

Thank you again for the opportunity to get to know and serve you as your personal dentist. I am truly fortunate to have worked a career of thirty-eight years with such great patients. My sincere and best
wishes to each of you,

Stephen R. Zelie, D.D.S.
