Your knee puts up with a lot of stress and strain, carrying most of your body weight through several planes of movement. If you're experiencing frequent bouts of knee pain, you may need to include lower body exercises in your routine that specifically address the muscles that support your knee and allow it to be so flexible. Exercises using simple equipment such as kettlebells or a band can help strengthen and stabilize your knee joint and reduce the likelihood of future pain.

Involvement and Diagnosis of Myofascial Trigger Points in Migraine, Tension-Type Headache
(http://ow.ly/QqiN30mDjCs)

Recent research suggests that migraines or tension headaches may be connected to myofascial trigger points, small knots of clenched muscle that occur in the head and neck (as well as around the rest of your body). People with a large number of these trigger points – which can be detected using ultrasound – may be more susceptible to headaches. It's hoped that more research into myofascial trigger points could open up new pathways for treatment of severe migraines and tension headaches.

What Is Sciatica?

Sciatica is caused by a problem in your spine (e.g., bone spurs, a ruptured disc, or spinal stenosis), although the pain is usually felt first in your legs. Symptoms include pain, numbness, weakness, or burning sensations running up and down your legs. Some sciatica pain goes away by itself, but if it persists, you should seek a formal diagnosis from a doctor. He or she will perform a physical exam and may ask for additional internal imaging tests like X-rays or MRIs.
