There are so very many and everyone has their preference. It's impossible to include them all here, but I think for me, the following would be my essential capsule library. Help them make some noise for International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
‘People with disabilities in developing countries deserve to have the same access to healthcare, education and employment as everyone else. They’re being left out of the picture, and this has to change.’
For the past year, they've been calling for politicians to recognise the problem – that the world’s most vulnerable people don’t get to benefit from global aid – and asking them to commit to a solution by prioritising disability in worldwide plans to fight poverty.
