Schalldäempfer - World's largest silencer

It is a "sound supressor" or silencer for arty training some place were they want to test fire it, but have local problems with noise. Those cans are shipping containers for helo engines and other parts that require inert gas to prevent long term storage problems. They have been welded together to reduce muzzle blast of the M-109 A6 in the picture.

You can download the patch here. Easiest way to use it yourself is to install pd-extended and add rjlib. A study in comb filtering, feedback and ms processing. In this case the feedback is interest...

Happy Thanksgiving. Here's an interesting article about what it's like to experience #ingress .

--------------------------

"I found the game, which is currently available only to Android smartphone users who have received an invitation to play, surprisingly addictive—especially considering my usual apathy for gaming."
...

"A few hours later, much of my progress was undone by a member of Enlightened (Ingress helpfully sends e-mail notifications about such things). I was surprised by how much this pissed me off—I wanted to get those portals back for the Resistance, but pouring rain and the late hour stopped me."

"Playing Ingress was a lot more fun than I expected, and from the excited chatter in the game’s built-in chat room, it was clear I wasn’t the only one getting into it."

"On my way back from a meeting, I couldn’t help but keep an eye out for portals, ducking into an alley to attack one near my office. Later, I found myself poring over the larger map on my office computer, looking at the spread of portals and control fields around the Bay Area."

"As it turns out, my parents live in an area dominated by the Enlightened. So I guess I’ll be busy attacking enemy portals in my hometown this weekend."

Great campsite, nice people with a relaxed attitude. Small campsite for those that love the more "rustic" or "charm" camp style. Fine facilities and great view of the sea. Do not go there for swimming, the shore is muddy and the beach is stones. But it is very quiet.

This is a wonderful farm with campsite. An SVR campsite how I like to see them. You arrive over a one lane road (well maintained) and at the end of it you arrive at the Paawdeboer. A small field with I would say a maximum of 20 but probably less spots mostly filled with season caravans (not "staycaravans") The surrounds are beautiful, when you walk behind the farmhouseas (filled with horses and cows) you get to a nature area where you can walk on the dyke along the river Ganzendiep. The facilities are ok, if you want hotel like showers or bathrooms then perhaps this is not the campsite for you. We were also suprised (pleasnatly) but all the canines running lose on the campground, although our dog is kept on a leash at all times it was nice to see so many dogs running around playing with each other. If I had to say anything negative about the place it would only be the radio in the cow shed that is kept on at night. If not for that it was a quiet night under a beautiful star filled sky. As the only night lights around came from near by Kampen. Suprise of the weekend was the Zeearend pair that flew over our heads. Not a common sight at all in this country.

Lovely fish, cookies and tea. Missed opportunity not to clean table. No beer but was fine to get our own at the market around the corner. Would go again.

Prima camping.
