If you're looking for a fresh grass fed hormone & antibiotic free burger then this is your place. I enjoyed a Grass fed burger with farm burger sauce, roasted garlic, pickled jalapenos, iceberg lettuce, vine ripened tomato, red onion & house pickle. The fresh hand cut fries rocked too.

It's not often I get excited about a craft cocktail but the Black n Blue Martini at The Bancroft did make me happy. It contains Absolut Elyx with a Ardbeg single malt scotch rinse and two blue cheese & bacon olives. What I found amazing is the smell of oaky scotch when you take your first sip. #vodka #martini #cocktails

Looking for some fresh #Vietnamese sandwiches near the UIC campus then head to the Lotus Cafe. I would highly recommend the Honey Grilled Pork Shoulder Banh Mi w/ lemongrass, honey, garlic, scallions, pickled daikon, carrots, cucumber, cilantro & jalapenos.
Also try the Sunny-Side Sautéed Beef Banh Mi with caramelized onion, sunny-side up egg and crispy sweet potato fries. Enjoy! #Chicago #Banhmi

I typically avoid the University area because parking is a pain in the butt, then I found out they now had free parking. Honestly that is what was killing all of the businesses in this University complex. So the free parking worked and it brought me back to the area. The location is small and cute. The service was friendly and are sandwiches were cooked fresh to order. I loved the perfect warmth & crisp of my BANH MI bread. We ordered two sandwiches. The Honey Grilled Pork Shoulder Banh Mi with lemongrass, honey, garlic, scallions, pickled daikon, carrots, cucumber, cilantro & jalapenos. This sandwich had some amazing flavors going on. The one thing I didn't like was the quality on our cut of pork. We had to pull some inedible fat from our mouth. I'm hoping this was a one time problem & on our next visit it will be perfect. We also ordered the Sunny-Side Sautéed Beef Banh Mi with caramelized onion, sunny-side up egg and crispy sweet potato fries. I really enjoyed this sandwich. The meat quality was perfect and everything worked together on the bun. So if you're in the area and looking for a fresh Vietnamese sandwich then this is the place.

This place is so much fun and it gets you away from the theme parks and into the Wild. It took us about an hour to get here from Kissimmee but it was well worth the drive. The staff was very friendly when we checked in. They hooked us up with a map of the park, pointed out the upcoming shows & told us where to meet our captain for our airboat ride. The airboat ride was a lot of fun. We only did the half hour tour which was great but next time I want to go longer. In the short time we were out we actually saw gators. Last time I rode an airboat in the Everglades we saw nothing but mud & water, so this trip was successful. It was also the first time my little one got to ride on an airboat and she loved it. After the airboat we went to explore the zoo and had a great time. The alligator enclosure was really cool and you could feed them too. The enclosed docks allowed us to get close but not to personal with these amazing creatures. I surely do not want to go swimming with these guys. There were also beautiful turtles swimming around the gators. That shell definitely protects them from the powerful bite of the gator. There are many other kinds of animals to check out. We had a ton of fun with some of the birds who were totally talking to us. We laughed as they engaged us with human words. I often wonder if they know they can speak or are they merely imitating the human voice. I wish we had more time to explore the park but we had to run to the airport to catch our flight. When I am back in Orlando, I can't wait to come back here for another adventure.

There needs to be a law against price gouging. This gas station and the gas station across the street are trying to rip you off. They are the last two stations prior to entering the Orlando airport and they are making you pay almost $6 a gallon. What? Go back to the last light to Wawa and you will get gas at a real price. I went back and got gas for the fair market price of $2.26 a gallon. You've been warned. Now save your money.

This place is a hidden gem on your way into the Orlando airport. We wanted fresh non chain food and this place delivered an excellent dinner for the whole family. We ordered a Combo Platter with top sirloin, chicken & Kefta kabobs with rice, hummus & salad. It was enough food to feed two people. It also gives you a taste of everything they have to offer here. I ordered the Kefta Kabob Sandwich with tomatoes, parsley, pickles, onions, pickled turnips, tahini, hummus, black olives and garlic sauce. I also got some of the hot sauce on the side. It was really good and spicy. The sandwich was perfectly grilled and full of yummy flavors. The owner who is also the chef told us that he recently bought the restaurant. He looked very tired. Cooking, owning & serving food can be a lot on one person. I just want to tell him thanks for the delicious food. All of your hard work is paying off and I look forward to our next visit.

I love my app gas buddy. It told me that this place was $2.26 a gallon. I only opened the app after pulling into another gas station up the road that was charging $6 a gallon for gas. I was so shocked that a gas station would do that. I do understand considering it's the last gas station before the airport but it doesn't make it right. So if you're returning your rental car at the airport then plan ahead and stop here because if you go to the next traffic light you will be literally paying for it. I saw so many vehicles filling up at $6 a gallon that it made me sick. I'm sure most of those people were freaked out that they were running late to the airport but $6 is too much to spend on gas. Thanks Wawa for being an honest business and not trying to take advantage of the traveler just heading back to the airport.

Do not buy your gas here. This station is trying to rip you off my charging almost $6 a gallon for gas the Wawa at the light before was only $2.26 a gallon. How can a gas station charge so much? Oh wait you are taking advantage of being one of the last gas stations prior to entering the airport. Save your money and go to another gas station. I was so sad to see people actually filling up their cars here.

This is located in the Grand Floridian Hotel and it never closes, so if you're hungry you can eat here 24/7. The food is cooked to order which is great. It typically takes 10-15 minutes, so if you're in a hurry go elsewhere. It is nice to sneak out of the park to grab food here. It's a quick walk, boat ride or monorail ride to get here. The Stromboli are pretty good and it's a decent amount of food for $9.99. They have several available or you can create your own. It's definitely fresher then what you will find to eat in the magic kingdom. They have kids meals available but we decided to get the little one the adult version of the chicken nuggets. She loved them. We would come back here for a bite to get away from the craziness of the park.
