I would not recommend this company to anyone who is running a serious business, as I am writing this review, I am on hold with answer connect because they have no one that can get on the phone with me and explain to me why there service is not answering my customer calls. I have been using them for a few months and have had nothing but problems the entire time. They are unable to resolve issues quickly and they will do more harm to your business than good. I have received double digit complaints regarding how they answer the phones from customers and they have no support staff. I also believe there is no supervisor in the company since they have been unable to produce one on the phone. They did however tell me that a supervisor would call me at 3:30 yesterday (a scheduled call) they never made good on that call. As of this moment, they have told me that they cannot answer my calls as they are having a spike in calls at this moment due to a client who put out some marketing material that they were not made aware of. They told me they would not be able to provide me with a time frame of when this will be rectified. I have also had a very difficult time retrieving a number that I had originally ported to them. At this time all I can say to anyone who is seriously consider using answer connect, is beware. This is a poorly organized company and poorly run. At the end of the day they would rather you leave, than to actually provide the service they promised.

Ii having them for two years now. All my clients speak highly about the service that this company provides. I am a massage therapist and I lean on them to create the appointment and guide my patients to the offcie. Thank you for always being so helpful, cheerful, kind, and professional with your work.

AnswerConnect started strong when I first signed up with them several months ago, but as time progressed over a period of around 8 months, their poor quality assurance and unreliable customer service has turned into an extremely difficult and costly company to deal with. Anyone who is considering signing up with their service should think carefully before investing time with them since many of their agents who answer the phone may cost your business hundreds or thousands of dollars. One of the biggest problems I faced with them is the quality of their agents who answer the phone. Because they have a large pool of agents spread all over the country (south and midwest mostly), it’s hard to control the quality of many of their agents. Even very basic tasks such as providing hours of operation can take them several minutes, or they just won’t be able to respond because they get overwhelmed with websites and basic computer technology. Some of the feedback I got from my existing customers complained that although their agents are polite and friendly in a weird robotic way, they take an extremely long time for simple tasks and many have no common sense if confronted with a question from a caller. Many of the calls handled by their agents would also be “covered up”, and they wouldn’t report calls (transparency issues). When I called their client services to investigate and get copies of calls that were classified as “other” or “hung up” I discovered that their agents would make some very huge mistakes by not following key steps in the script. They would cover up the call and say it was a telemarketer when it was actually a potential customer asking for basic information like prices. if you notice a large number of calls classified as “hung up” request copies of the calls to verify they were handled correctly. Over the past few months, I’ve lost hundred of dollars in lost calls that could have been answered correctly if their agents had basic computer skills. One agent actually stayed on the line for 30 minutes with a potential customer, completely ignoring key steps in the script. After I called to complain, they said they would remove the call from my minutes usage, but they never did. I had to pay for this huge error on their part, plus a loss with a potential customer. AnswerConnect’s client services is now completely ignoring all of my emails and if I try calling for basic help with the script, they always claim that their agents are “busy” and then will call me back. They don’t call back and they don’t respond to emails - even though I’m still paying for their services. I would suggest going with a smaller answering service with a smaller pool of agents who can actually think for themselves and can move quickly when handling your calls. Even if it will cost more money, it will be worth it than having to deal with the huge errors that have financially damaged my small business due to AnswerConnect’s poor quality assurance and lack of customer service. AnswerConnect clearly doesn’t care about building a relationship with existing clients, they are looking for constant new referrals (their sales marketer continually emails me trying to get me to refer them).

Our company signed a contract with Answerconnect in December 2015-two months in advance of our start date so me make sure all the set up is done properly and in a timely manner. From the day we initiated our service, nothing but problems and errors on their end. For almost 3 weeks our chat room wasn't even connected; messages from clients were not complete or clear so we had to call the center and ask for clarification. This issue was on a weekly basis! Our business was a start up business and we depended on efficiency and accuracy of any and all messages the call center was taking. Although we tried working out the issues with the management team,( the support team was great) the outcome was always the same, unfortunately. For several weeks and countless phone calls, emails and promises that the errors will be fixed, the under performance was still there. I would not recommend this company to anyone, period! although they were responsive to our complaints, nothing was actually changed where it matters-with out clients. Disappointing experience altogether, and don't waste your time and money with false promises of any kind of improvements. They've proved to be consistent with their inefficiency costing our company business we've lost.

This is the best answering service company I have ever worked with., and our company has worked with several. My account is not an easy one, it has many twists and turns and is not conventional in anyway. This service has been responsive and accommodating. I could not recommend a business more.
