As you may have heard, Skittle and Savita have been involved in a serious car crash. I would like to reassure students that we are ok. I am currently in hospital getting looked after, and hope to be out soon.

I have sustained a broken shoulder, and my pelvis is broken in 2 places. But have been told that with a lot of bed rest,I will recover well. Savita (my mother) is generally unharmed, she has a few cuts and bruises and is still in a bit of shock, but has been discharged from hospital.

Some students will receive phone calls telling them of lesson cancelation/rebooking.

I am available on Twitter if you would like to contact me @ark2020 I will also be live blogging my experience via twitter

- From Skittle (in my new office, the hospital bed)

Been twice to this barbers. 1st Time: Good experience. Nothing amazing, good standard hair cut and shave. (3 stars) 2nd Time: I regret going. Hair cut was an absolute shambles - my hair now looks like it has been hacked by a 2 year old and after the shave, I looked like I had been subjected to the torture of death by 1000 cuts. All in all. DO NOT GO HERE - consistency is non existent. I will NEVER go here again. Will probably go back to Bad Apple Salon. I wanted a good male cut and shave. On both of these it was all very amateur. Seriously - I could have got the same hair cut for £5 from a normal barber - The cut is DISGUSTING - these idiots need to go back to barber school. If I could leave negative stars I would. I hope to god someone from The Barber House reads this so they can get their act together.

Absolutely Brilliant. Some of the best soup I have ever tried. The mains was amazing. Real proper food. Served beautifully by lovely staff. All in all, probably the best dining experience in Birmingham.

Atmosphere is great, the staff at amazing, and the important part- the hair cut was absolutely perfect. I will not allow anyone else to touch my hair. Nice one Aid.

Absolutely useless. Appointment made, nobody showed up. I made sure I was free for several hours by moving my own appointments, just in case (business is business, I know sometimes things happen). There was not even a phone call on the day, or the day after to apologise and rearrange. I don't think these people understand basic manners. It's good manners to phone someone back if you have made an appointment which you cannot keep.

Service is all over the place. They have no system and no process. Seems very mishmash like nobody knows what they are doing. The food is horrifying. Where on the planet is this punjabi food. Do not be fooled - this is not authentic Punjabi food. But - People are very polite and nice. They are very friendly and do there best to accommodate.
