The painful journey of a wannabe writer
- in (quite) graphic detail
At the beginning of the year, I answered a +MyBlogU
interview. The title was: If you work from home because of medical problems or physical challenges that make it hard for you to work outside the home, I want to hear your story.
Boy, am I qualified to answer that?! So I did.
The result is a great post by +Erica Martin
on her blog, here: http://workathometipsonline.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/how-to-work-at-home-when-you-have.html
This photo album is a summary of the less graphic shots my better half and I have taken over the last 3½ years. I'll not go into the details here. They're all on Erica's post.
The content is something I've wanted to share for such a long time, but hosting it on my own web properties was too maudlin even for me.
I'd just like to thank Erica, +Ann Smarty
and the #MyBlogU
team. If it wasn't for their collaborative environment, this chapter of my life might never have seen digital ink. It's a weight off my shoulders that someone else has, well, shouldered the responsibility.
If I disappear for days on end, which I'm prone to every now and again, one of these conditions is more than likely the reason.
p.s. Erica, if you'd like to use any of the images from the album to flesh out your post, feel free. But, yeah - I'd fully understand why not if you don't. ;)
