My family and friends know that I've become obsessed with immersive journalism (i.e. VR, AR, 360 video) over the past few months...

That's why I'm excited to share my very first 360 video of the Toronto Light Festival, which +The Globe and Mail recently posted, here: https://www.facebook.com/theglobeandmail/videos/10155059545798904/?pnref=story

You can also watch the original 2-minute-long video (in the highest-possible resolution), below:

Given that objective truth is under siege in America and U.S. President Donald Trump has criticized media as the “opposition party,” I’ve been thinking a lot about the role storytellers — particularly journalists — play in today’s fraught political climate.

I discussed this topic on my live podcast show, "Unheard Voices," for Work x Work On Air at the Wythe Hotel, and as a guest on +SiriusXM's "Progress Presents" radio show.

Click the link, below, to listen to both:

+Public Policy Forum included my thoughts about the future of media in its new government-commissioned report.

It's an important discussion and essential report, so I'd love if you read and shared (my contributions are on p 68-69): https://shatteredmirror.ca/download-the-report/
