With speeds up to 1 or 10 Gbps, Direct Connect can enable new hybrid architectures - I'll say!

I am trying to understand how some VMware professionals are meeting the course requirement for the VCP-Cloud - in cases where employers are not providing the $$$$  for training

My goal is to take VCP-Cloud but am wondering if other professionals are just paying out of their pocket or there are any programs to reduce cost. I saw that Global Knowledge offers 20% off to VMUG advantage members that I do plan to use.

Any other options or thoughts ? Your reply will be very much appreciated.

Was doing a cost comparison and architecture planning with existing flash storage in mind. Then realized an Xtreme IO brick would actually be a more cost effective choice plus offer great features.

Great vExpert/vCDX reception from VMware at VMWorld today. Thank you to John Troyer, Corey and VMware!

A really cool gathering of professionals who are so passionate about virtualization. Got to meet some new people and I have been following their content since many years. Also wonderful to bump into my friends in the community one more time. It was great to meet again and talk.

The best part for me personally was this picture with Mr. Gelsinger - a moment to cherish.

VMWorld offers such a wonderful opportunity to learn, share, and network. And with the new innovations our professional life can only get better. Go VMware!
