STOP: Don't forget, the April Walking Challenge starts today, my birthday, April 1st. Daily walking, indoor, outdoor, in the pool, at the beach, on the stairs, at the mall, airport, wherever.

The challenge post will be live by tomorrow with all the details but here are the basics:

Ultimate Beast Mode Goal - 10,000 steps a day which equals about 5 miles per day.

Reach For It Goal - At least 2,000 more steps a day than you are currently doing. That's just ONE MORE MILE a day.
