You did a great job capturing the way the past can grab you and make you feel like a teen again, even as your (almost) teen walks into the kitchen.

Angie Kinghorn is, in stolen moments, a writer of memoir and fiction. Her work has been published in Precipice: The Literary Anthology of Write on Edge, and the BlogHer 2012 Voices of the Year compilation. Her writing has been featured on BlogHer and on various sites raising awareness about postpartum depression.
Angie is a recovering attorney turned writer and stay at home mom; a certified bookaholic who will become frantic when between books. She’s also a Junior League dropout, PPD survivor, and founder of both the Anti-Scrapbooking League and Copyedit the World. Friends predict that the availability of Sharpies combined with society’s affinity for bad grammar will eventually get her arrested. Oh, and she squeezes toothpaste from the middle.
