Introduction
Angie Bucu is a certified instructor of Mindfulness for Children and Teens. She has conducted numerous mindfulness programs throughout Hong Kong. A new series of programs will run from September 2015 for children and adolescence. For more information about these programs visit: www.ingredientsofwellness.com/mindfulness-matters/

Angie holds a Master of Wellness. From 2012 to 2014 she was a tutor for the Mindbody Wellness course at RMIT University, a course that teaches students theories, research and practice into Mindbody Wellness practices and therapies. At this time she also trained to teach mindfulness to children and teenagers after seeing the beneficial impact of mindfulness practices on young people at university. She is currently working on a study that looks at teachers views of teaching mindfulness in schools for the first time.

Angie is also a wellness researcher and freelance writer. She writes regularly for various Hong Kong publications, and has a blog dedicated to sharing knowledge and research on wellness, with a focus toward mindbody, environmental and nutritional wellness.
