While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about. Angela Schwindt   Possibly the most important self-discovery I’ve made since teaching young people about the mindbody connection, is that they are teaching me…
Possibly the most important self-discovery I’ve made since teaching young people about the mindbody connection, is that they are teaching me just as I am teaching them. Each class, each group of children, and each individual child has taught me something new about myself.

A new series of programs will run from September 2015 for children and adolescence. For more information about these programs visit: www.ingredientsofwellness.com/mindfulness-matters/

Angie holds a Master of Wellness. From 2012 to 2014 she was a tutor for the Mindbody Wellness course at RMIT University, a course that teaches students theories, research and practice into Mindbody Wellness practices and therapies. At this time she also trained to teach mindfulness to children and teenagers after seeing the beneficial impact of mindfulness practices on young people at university.
