Take . This . Course!

OMG, why would I say that? Because I've been working with Elaine for some time now and the last time we checked my Google rankings, they had changed significantly because I've been doing EVERYTHING Elaine has been teaching me.

What do Google rankings have to do with LinkedIn? That's why I'm learning from her and why you should too. LinkedIn is a fantastic platform for attracting serious clients - once you understand how it all works.

Thanks for creating this course, +TROOL Social Media. I was amazed at what I didn't know - but thought I did - and the difference it is making to my business.

Your numbers are your report card. What do they tell you about your performance this year?
You always hear me say, know your numbers. But what does that mean? It means that you know if your activities are successful. You know that you're selling products and services for more money than it cost you to make them, you know that you're saying the right thing to the right people and most of all you know how many of those people you have to talk to to close a sale.

Understanding business is objective. It's based on statistics - and yet we run it as if it was our firstborn. How many of us don't want to hear anything bad about what we're doing. And yet, numbers don't lie. When you watch those numbers, and know your statistics, it's just feedback on what needs tweaking. And that's a much better feeling than thinking that you're a screw-up.

Know your numbers.

Did you know that every time you set a big goal, and miss, you've trained your brain to fail? If this is your way of operating, change the programming by setting smaller goals you actually reach. Program your brain for success.
Aiming for impossible goals trains your brain to fail. What if you set smaller goals you can reach, and achieved them every time? Success is a series of small goals that add up to big accomplishments. #SOBBizAdvice
