Tess realized how awesome it was that +Ann Merrill  could teach Josie the cyrillic alphabet via video chat. Josie did not lose interest. Ann went through the whole alphabet with Josie.

The beauty of technology is that our Aunt across the world can teach my little sister the Ukrainian alphabet while we still sit in Ohio.
