I got the glass cleaning cloth from Delores, and by God, it's the absolute best glass cleaning cloth I've ever used. My computer monitors look like new, and they've never, ever, looked as clean - this stuff works  :-) I'm going to try the mop system next :-)

How to get Google Maps embed code and share links

Not sure if this is brand new or if I just haven't noticed it before today but the journey to get embed codes and shareable links for +Google Maps appears to have changed.

There used to be a gear icon towards the bottom left of the screen where you could grab links and the code but that's now gone. In it's place are 3 horizontal lines to the left of the search box in Google Maps. Click on those and a menu pane slides out and presents different options. As you can see from the screenshare attached the Share or embed codes are now there.

Thanks to +Malcolm Maybury for making me hunt for the new link ☺

Have you seen this yet?

I've called a few times for info regarding best practices regarding the purchase of a condo that has a tenant already in place. The lady I spoke with was helpful each time - she provided me clear and good information - no problem getting through. A few years ago, I could almost never reach someone there.

Long story (read Yelp review for complete account). However I will say that the used car department ripped me off for $500. This involved the used car manager (Keith Knutson) and two salesmen, one of whom is not there any more. They still have my $500, and I'm not happy about it. Nice looking place, but still the old stereotypical 'used car salesman' type shenanigans. I don't trust them anymore.

'Very' tasty and well prepared meal. My first time to Normand's, however I didn't try any of the wild game main dishes (this time), I chose a New York steak instead. The entire meal was perfect; the wild game soup (goulash) was hearty and delicious, the steak dinner was perfectly prepared, and the chocolate cake was very good. The service was first class (including from the owner (Normand? Norm? Norman?), and next time I will try one of the wild game dishes. This is a small, intimate place serving all types of interesting main courses. Perfect for solo, couples, or small groups looking for something different in a high end restaurant... I'll be back for sure.

Good and friendly service; however I was sick as a dog (throwing up) after having one of their pizzas - Friday, July 4, about 8:15 pm. I had the one that was similar to a Hawaiian. My stomach got worse and worse, then I threw it all up. bad food or bad hygiene in preparation? I don't know, but I won't be going back.

I rented a condo and (later on) an office from Vistalegre - I was very happy with the service. Alex went out of his way to make sure all the little things were handled, and Ana looked after the paperwork. Alex is very 'hands on', and I had no difficulty seeking him out if I needed help; they work long hours at their small office in the Romantic Zone. I think I felt better having someone who speaks Spanish and English, and Alex has lived in PV almost all his life. I had sought out a place on my own, but the owner of the hotel I was staying at told me I MUST check with Alex... and he did get me a much better location (1 block to the beach) and at a better price too. Andy from Edmonton :-)

I had them completely rebuild and reupholster the seat in my BMW, it was first class all the way. The Older gentleman in the back was the one who did/oversaw the work, and I had a lot of confidence in him based on the questions he asked me. The seat was done perfectly, on time, and on budget. They even did a few extra things at no cost. I'd recommend this shop for sure. *I had shopped around and received two quotes, This shop was higher by about 10%, but I just felt they would do top quality work (or at least I hoped so), and as I said, I was more than pleased :-)

I found Susan to be very perceptive and quick to understand what I was needing in the way of advice and guidance. There are a lot of psychologists in Calgary, so when you find a good one, you hope to have the ability to connect when the need arises. I've always been able to connect with Susan when I needed to. Susan is much more approachable that I initially thought. Being that she has a PHD and so on, I thought she might be too 'academic' in the way she relates... but I was put at ease quite quickly. Susan is intelligent, that's for sure, however I found her way of communicating with me, both professional and understanding.
