Great share! Thank you, Andy! I totally agree with the views expressed in this article. Unfortunately, many companies have given up the aspect of cherishing their employees after they’ve signed the contract, although that’s the point where the entire journey really begins. I also believe that social media plays an important part in the onboarding process, simply because it has the power of bringing people together. Companies should really make use of it  more often and for a variety of purposes, not only marketing and advertising.
