This was fun, but quite hard work. Not unsustainable though.
Unfortunately, I'd set the intervals in minutes rather than seconds in my watch so had to self time - d'oh!
Managed to miss the last set, of the last repeat so only ended up doing 4 rather than 5.
The main principal of these is you do 30 seconds at jogging pace, 20 seconds normal running and finally 10 seconds sprint. Rinse and repeat x5, have a 2 minute gentle jog. Repeat a further couple of times.#running #intervals
