Is there such a thing as a form builder that will automagically create a prototype form (with options) from a MySQL DB, including queries etc? Need to try and cut down a Dev cycle!

It's ok to not use gamification sometimes!
Gamification really isn't always the answer - be honest.

Play can be a powerful experience. Here I present a simple framework to encourage and create a more play-like environment in your gamification

Ooo. That works well I think. Simpler meaning to explain than system vs player based rules. Possibly confusing when you consider game dynamics - though actually they are the player interactions and emergent gameplay - so that fits. Mmm.

I downloaded the Despecialized Edition, which is "the years-long work of a diverse group of people who have taken elements from many different sources and created the ultimate version of the first Star Wars film." Its awesome, crisp, clear, HD, and original theatrical version of the film as seen in 1977 sans Lucas CG insertions that suck. I highly recommended downloading it.   http://www.polygon.com/2014/8/18/6030725/star-wars-hd-despecialized-edition

More random wanderings of my mind. Where do narrative, story and history fit together!

Introduction

I’m a web designer by trade since 2000, now working as the Intranet Webmaster at Capgemini UK. Whilst I have achieved a high level of expertise in this, these days my areas of interest and passion revolve around the exciting worlds of Gamification, Social Media, Technology and Video Games.

I am amazed every day by how much is happening in these fields and enjoy feeling part of this. I blog on a weekly basis about Gamification, social media and other side topics. I write about video games on my games review website (Yet Another Review Site running since 2006) and in 2012 I also self published a short eBook on gamification –Gamification: A Simple Introduction.
