Samsung announce the Note 8

Samsung have made Mobile World Congress even more irrelevant for manufactures this year by announcing the Galaxy Note 8 before the show kicks off.  I don't think you'll be holding this against your ear to make a call, you'll want to buy a decent headset or people will thing you are odd. It comes with some powerful specs as you'd imagine it would. First off the Note 8 is powered by a  1.6 GHz quad-core Exynos processor with 2GB of RAM and has either 32-64GB  of storage available plus a memory slot.

Whilst it will certainly be quick at doing things I have no idea as to who this is aimed at. Smaller tablets like the Nexus 7 have taken off over the past few months, they are great for carrying around in your bag to school or work. With the Note 8 I just can't see the point as of yet, if you want to leave your tablet at home whilst you're on a bike ride you stick your phone in your pocket, where the hell are you going to put this?

As you'd expect from a Note device there are loads of other features, a full list below.
