It works excellent with UP a Jawbone app, plus MyFitness Pal, MapMyFitness and Fit. All applications on my smartphone that interconnect with each other. Drawbacks is the battery is not as long as I would like. It will last all day but not day and night so I can also monitor sleep. You would have to do that separately. The heart rate monitor does not work correctly when you are sweating otherwise works fine. Over all I love it for the ease of integration with MyFitnessPal which takes care of all my eating and exercise information.

Never thought I would be craving salads but ever since I have become more healthy, I do. This is from Ty's All Natural Food Truck at work. A Mediterranean Salad With Chicken and Pita. Stayed away "...

Okay, out of the technological side of "That's Creepy!"

This notification came from Domino's to my smartwatch. It simply says that you can now order pizza lusciousness directly from my smartwatch. Then it occurred to me. How the hell does Domino's know that I have a smartwatch? Coincidence? So I checked all my email accounts to see which one that obviously had the email with the statement below....

Nope - not a one, which means the Domino's app I have on my phone was instructed at some point to see if I had a smart watch connected and if so send a notification. That's very creepy to me.

I would not be very surprised if they keep track of my orders on a regular basis but on the privacy side of things. Keeping track of my technology and then sending commercial or advertisements is stepping over the line..  What are your thoughts?

I was about to be glib and say do what I do, which is not own a smart phone or smart watch, but I've recently started getting robocall ads on my flip phone. I'm thinking of giving up a cell phone altogether.

Hosts Headhardhat and Wife Amy the HeadHardHatress go out for an afternoon of geocaching adventure while testing out the ASUS Zen Watch and the Android app C:Geo. How well will this new wearable technology do out in the field and how long will the battery last. This plus some scenic sights out in North Carolina early February.

It's an episode you will not want to miss.

I am truly saddened by Leonard's passing. I have seen him on stage as Sherlock Holmes many years ago in Detroit and met him at a Star Trek convention as well. He will be missed for many of his acting talents.

Long Live Spock
In addition to acting, Mr. Nimoy directed films; published poetry, autobiographies and books of photography; and recorded music.

Geocaching is growing in popularity by leaps and bounds but what is it? Can you show me in a few seconds to see if it is something that I would even be interested in? Then if so where can I look to find more information?
This very quick teaser video does just that. So sit back and find out what all the buzz is about our favorite game, sport and obsession known as geocaching.

I'm actually happy for Geocaching to not grow.  I like small families.

When trying to explain to my doctor why I was not exercising like I should I complained about several different "pains" that crop up just about everytime I try doing something with fitness. Be it m...

Found a really inexpensive way of running my Galaxy S5 phone through my soundboard to be used during my Google Hangouts.  It's a Samsung Galaxy S5 3.5mm headphone / microphone splitter from StarTech.com.

Cost me a whopping $6.00US. Works like a charm after just testing it out in a hangout. Makes me happy to get this one figured out for the next time a guest has to phone in.

Time for a new watch .. ?
The multiplayer game that uses real-world environments as its playground is now even more accessible -- as an app on our wrists.

I have been to several other Andy's and this particular one is tired and run down. The food is okay but they have shrunk the portions and the staff don't exactly act like they even want to be there. Shame it used to be a favorite spot of mine.

If you hit the wait staff on a good day it goes well. However, there tends to be a lot of mistakes. Food is always good.
