Hello all.

We have just bought our first piece of land in Japan to build a solar power station on. It is an 8000 sqm site at Goshikicho on Awaji Island in the south of Japan. Thanks to Miyagawa-san and Matsui -san for their support. Business in Japan is wierd but I think there are a few things we can learn from. The focus much more on people and trust rather than contracts or what is written on paper.

Basically their view is that I will only do business with you if they believe you have a good enough personal relationship such that the relationship is valued more than the particular piece of business. That way they believe whatever problems arise they will be able to be solved with friendly discussions

Hello

This could be a big month because we are very close to buying our first piece of land in Japan to build a solar power plant on.

Also been busy as we have just recently relaunched the Solar Wholesalers website http://www.solarwholesalers.com.au

Also been working on the US solar website business. Vassie and I launched this is August http://www.solar-panels-usa.com . It developed good leads but we ahve decided to redevelop this site more into a solar power reviews site and relaunch it later in the year.

It sucks to have so much work on when the kids are on holidays
