Great article from my friend @SID131313 on the recent terrorist attacks in Paris #JeSuisCharlie http://huff.to/1HYKTvM  via @theworldpost
Twenty five years later, I am still in the U.S. I return each summer to the city that I love. I still feel the frustration in Parisians souls. People are scared, people are fed up. Yes, it is a beautiful city and will always be....

My new article on LinkedIn - Schema: The One Language That Will Unite Them All -   Let me know what you think
I’m sure before bagels and coffee in the morning you’re hearing the executives, CMO’s, the Board, or maybe even your direct supervisors say “We must optimize our site”. The thought process is: if we optimize the site, then we will get more traffic and thus increase sales. Seems logical, right? Problem is, there are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of different tweaks, methodologies, and tactics that are being shouted from the digital rooftop...

What is the most powerful social issue ad you have seen? Did it make my top 100 list?

Business Ethics: Maintaining a Moral Compass Despite the Pressures of Commerce

your company overcome the ethical obstacles, ...
A business cannot hope to achieve long-term success if its officers and executives are busy trying to find ways to skirt the law, rather than adhere to it.

Content Engineer & Strategist
Introduction
I am an Outreach Strategist, Content Engineer, and Socialpreneur. I identify, engage and builds relationships with influential bloggers, journalists, editors, publishers and site owners across various platforms. My goal is to secure high-quality outlets for the content that is produced on behalf of his clients.

I also assist with the ongoing improvement of link building activity, using both online and traditional PR methodologies and contributing to the development of new techniques that will evolve over time.

I have studied and used a wide variety of traditional and online marketing techniques throughout my career. These techniques include social media development, SEO optimization, back-link development, drip marketing methods, direct mail, offline media marketing and guerilla marketing tactics (“grassroots marketing”).

I have been exposed to all levels of business engagement, including marketing strategies, policy review and strategic foresight.

My background includes establishing and operating a marketing and social analytics consulting firm. One of the firm’s largest clients was MTN Nigeria, Africa’s largest telecommunications company. The firm created quarterly comparative social analytics reports that focused on competitor social media strategy and used analytics to identify weaknesses in the company’s online efforts.

Currently, I am “living the digital nomad dream.” I am on a journey around the world with my wife and best friend, Lili. Our goal is to visit 19 countries in two years.

I am also an avid member of and contributor to End Ecocide in Europe, legalnews.tv and has a personal blog on Social Entrepreneurship.

Stopped by to grab a coffee today and the female barista at the register was extremely rude. No eye contact -no thank you, she didn't even tell me my total. Just looked at me like I was inconveniencing her with being there. Then I walked to the bar to wait for my drink. There we're about 8 prepared drinks just sitting there. This second barista wasn't calling out names or orders. Just making them and people had to figure out what was their drink. I asked the guy what drink he just finished and he forgot. The customer service at this location gives a very poor brand image of Starbucks. The GM -Gilbert -should definitely incorporate better customer experience training. I'm definitely going to stick with Starbucks runs in San Antonio and skip them when I am in Laredo. So much for creating that "Third Place" when at a Laredo Starbucks. Corporate should look over this stores operations.
