I think it's probably rare to see the phrases "perfectly legal" and "Gatling gun" in such close proximity...
Dubbed the "Redneck Obliterator," the $3,450 weapon employs six semi-automatic rifles jerry-rigged for rapid fire

No, only the detachable magazine iterations were listed under the 1989 Roberti-Roos law. Oddly enough, the vz 58 was not listed in that ban.

Been watching Last Week Tonight on YouTube a lot, and now I swear I can't get the phrase "Tenny mucho mucho DeNiro in su trucky-trailer" or of my head.

Quick PSA: Recursion IPA by Bottle Logic might be the best IPA I've ever had. Absolutely un-fucking-believably delicious. And oh my god does it sneak up on you!

They are a disconcertingly good brewery for being so new.

This is a remarkable image and, as someone with a degree in the Study of Religion, it is of great interest to me.  The evolution of religion has always fascinated me, so much so that I chose to major in it, and seeing it pieced together as a roadmap gives me a lot to think about.

Quantum Mechanics as a religion. I know there is support for that classification, just not sure it should be included.

Well, it could be Verizon trying to preempt HBO Now. But I think it's a win-win for Verizon. Add HBO for free and potentially increase revenue in the long run. It also increases customer satisfaction. And if those two wins happens to hurt the competition? Win, win, win.

This is an excellent restaurant. The decor and ambience are impeccable, and the sevice is attentive without being fawning. The food is the real star, however. My tandoori lambchops were cooked to perfection (and amazing!), the naan was fresh and delicious, even the spiced chicken wings at the bar were among the best I've ever eaten. The cocktail variety and wine list selections were very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Words don't do Providence justice. I enjoyed the Chef's Tasting Menu, which must be experienced to be believed. Fifteen courses of simply exquisite fare, ranging from scrambled eggs with sea urchin and black truffle shavings to foie gras ravioli. Not knowing the menu beforehand, I put my trust in the sommelier to recommend wines to pair with the dinner, he did not disappoint! Impeccable service and decor, an amazing experience.

Had lunch there, was appalled at the idea of waiting for an hour for a hot dog, but it turned out to be well worth it. The spicy polish dog and chili cheese fries I had were among the best I've ever tasted. If you've got nothing better to do for an hour and a half, and if you don't mind the lack of decor and lousy service, this place is definitely worth a visit. You don't have to be a hot dog connoisseur to love this place!

Today's a rainy day, and rainy days usually demand a lunch of hot, soothing pho. That's what I was hoping to find a Pho Mai, but I was a little disappointed with what I received. I ordered pho with rare steak and flank. The portion of flank I received was mostly fat and gristle, so I reluctantly set that aside. The flavor of the broth was very thin and flat, almost bland. My usual suite of add-ins (lime, basil, soy sauce, sriracha) couldn't make up for the lack of substance in the soup. Also, the prices struck me as a little steep. I am used to paying much less than $18 for 2 bowls of pho.

Unimpressive. The food is tasty (when they don't run out), but the service was awful both times I've eaten here. The wine list is exhaustive, yes, but also shamelessly overpriced. I did like the decor, though. To be blunt, there are much more worthwhile steakhouses in San Diego, and you're better off at all of them. Try Fleming's in La Jolla for amazing steak and wine, both at a better price, and without the hassle of dining downtown.

The Hobbit sets a new standard for excellence. Dining is an all-night affair, with champagne, hors d'ouevres and dessert included along with an exquisite multi-course dinner. The Hobbit is simply unmatched in terms of service. Succulent dishes are prepared with precision and style, and the atmosphere is unparalleled. Wine flights are available to complement your meal, or you may opt to select a bottle from their extensive cellar.

My wife and I have eaten here at least a dozen times, and neither of us have ever been disappointed by anything we've eaten. Flavorful menu items range from sandwiches to burgers to specialties like pasta and grilled meats, this place offers something for everyone. They serve the best strawberry shake I've ever had, bar-none, and the chili size holds a special place in my heart. Every time someone visits us from out of town, lunch or dinner at Richie's is an absolute must. Friendly service and modest prices combine with excellent food to make for a fantastic experience.
