Nice article by +Daniel Waisberg on "how to use data to tell a meaningful story that resonates both intellectually and emotionally with an audience."

http://www.thinkwithgoogle.com/articles/tell-meaningful-stories-with-data.html

So much of SEM reporting is creating a story for clients, c-suite, etc. with all of the tabs and pivot tables and csv exports. Does anyone have favorite tools or formats for reporting the SEM story?

+Reid Bandremer and +Sean McQuaide, here's looking at you!

Thanks to +Michael Bartholow for sharing.

It would essentially eliminate the need for caffeine each morning. The Latte Lounge might go out of business.

I predict that +Dorcas Alexander and +Sayf Sharif would both excel at estimating the probability of world events.
When 3,000 average citizens were asked to forecast global events, some consistently made predictions that turned out to be more accurate than those made with classified intelligence.

Introduction

Google answers more than a billion questions per day and few in Pittsburgh keep a closer eye on that exchange than me and my team. I work with some of the finest SEOs and online marketing enthusiasts in the city–nay, the country–at LunaMetrics, an Internet marketing firm with an emphasis on education and data-driven analysis using Google Analytics. Check out the SEO category on the LunaMetrics blog for more from us.

I am an Iowa transplant who used graduate school as an excuse to be an uncle with a local number. Two master’s degrees and many play dates later, it turns out that I rather enjoy enjoy this town and wouldn’t mind staying.

A surprising experience as out of towners. The pour over we had was impressive and the coffee bar atmosphere was nice for people on computers like us or others chatting. It felt like a Chicago or NYC spot with the high top tables and dark wood and brass. Definitely recommend it as a place to have a decent coffee and hang out for a bit. Only heads up is that the food menu is limited. Good but limited.

Super affordable. It was $1 to vacuum the whole car and $1.50 to wash it. Much cheaper than other washes in town.

I have made the tour of Vietnamese restaurants in Pittsburgh and this place probably has the best pho--definitely top two & definitely worth a try. Dos and donts: do order the rare beef pho, don't go for the romantic atmosphere, do bring cash.
