But I alredy ordered them and still waiting I guess for customs to release them here...
Maybe they also wish to have some for themselves ;)
I realize that hunting down Google exclusive editions is a costly and tough task (especially given our outstanding request for community members to not harass Google employees!). While these editions are not generally meant for public consumption, I realize that some hardcore collectors will stop at nothing to complete their little Android families! As such, over the last few months / releases I've spoken to our various Google clients about making at least a handful available to our most dedicated collectors.
I won't be able to do this for every edition, and quantities available will be low and vary (probably between 10 and 20pcs per edition), but I hope this helps make a few people happy.
The idea is to have sales lotteries, entrants will be randomly selected and given the opportunity to purchase an Android. They will be the same cost as most special editions at $10. Winners of one sales lottery will be ineligible for the following lottery, but eligible again after that. The Android figure will have the name of the entrant on it (don't worry, not on the front), so if you don't plan on keeping it for yourself, please don't enter the lottery!
We'll be kicking off with the ADX edition, entry form and info coming soon! Comments? Questions? Suggestions?
