Touring tips!
There is a certain romance to the idea of a unplanned, no route, 'devil may care' cycling tour through France. Simply stuff a tent into your pannier, a packet of jelly babies and a phrasebook in your pocket, jump on a ferry and head in the general direction of ''that one climb I saw on the Tour ...

A recent trip of mine to visit the fortress of the Cloud People in Kuelap: http://andreaskambanis.com/mancora-to-chachapoyas-to-see-kuelap/
Admiring the view at Kuelap. While I was in Mancora I really wanted to visit Kuelap which is near Chachapoyas. However, most bus journeys from Mancora go directly to Lima. I knew that EPPO go from Piura to Mancora but I also knew that these buses are pretty basic with very frequent stops and ...

We've reviewed the Knog Party Combo - a light lock that won't scratch your frame and means one less key to carry. In London, it's sadly not strong enough to be your main lock, but as your secondary lock, it'll work great.
How would you feel if you never had to use a key again when you unlocked your bike? That’s the dream behind the light, sexy, flexible, soft to the touch; Knog Party Combo bike lock. Knog were kind enough to send one to London Cyclist HQ for a review, so we’ve put it through its paces. …

Whilst better cycling infrastructure is the answer, until that is delivered, here is what cyclists can do to stay safe.
Recent headlines have sent a shock through the cycling community. Five cyclists killed in nine days, bringing the death toll this year to 13. Unmentioned, are the hundreds of cyclists to suffer severe injuries. The Save Our Cyclists petition, as well as a flash ride spearheaded by the LCC and planned Stop the killing die-in …

I hate Merino! It teases me with its super soft and warm properties until I put on and get all itchy! Damn you sensitive skin!

After a pair of cheap trainers that I'm pretty sure I've had since university were causing constant injuries - I decided to splash out on some new running shoes. Having no idea what I needed, I hoped for the best going in to Runners Need. With UK retail service generally not being the most renown in the world for excellence it was going to be hit and miss. Fortunately, I was very pleasantly surprised by the well informed staff - in particular a lady called Hope was very helpful at explaining the different options and I spent some time on the running machine to find a good fit. Very happy with the outcome and very appreciative of great service.

We turned up around 8pm with a tent and no booking during a half term week in October and were happy that the office was still open. The staff seemed friendly and quickly showed us to a spot. The price seemed reasonable at around £23. Being so close to the sea meant you could hear the waves at night, which was a real pleasure. The facilities were really well looked after.

Used CEffects for an iPhone app design project and was really happy with the results. Our app ended up being featured by Apple and the great design definitely had a role to play in this.
