The Independent: Ukraine crisis: Russian convoy on the move as situation approaches potentially explosive endgame. http://google.com/newsstand/s/CBIw5-vsxRo
There is a sense that the multiple strands of the six-month-old Ukraine conflict were fast converging in what threatened to become an explosive and highly destructive endgame.

Shot a test roll with a Halina Paulette that I picked up for five pounds in a charity shop. I think it was money well spent, even if they are a little fuzzy.

If kid wants one, she will need to find a great artist, save to pay for the resulting good work, but be able to live with the image for at least six months before getting inked.

You get a lot of food, but some of the dishes are overly sweet. Not somewhere I would consider a must-go, but it's all right.

I've never tasted such good butter chicken anywhere in the UK. Everything else I've tried has also been excellent. The staff are awfully friendly, too.

I'm a huge fan of the Central Lending Library. The staff are nice, the selection is perfectly good, and you can request pretty much any book for pick up.

Great food. This is the only Japanese restaurant in central Scotland that actually cooks gyoza correctly! I haven't tried the sushi just yet but I've enjoyed the age dashi tofu, the katsu don and both types of gyoza. My friend really enjoyed the unagi don and the husband just loves this place. It's worth remembering to book if you plan to eat there on the weekend!

This place serves really good food and the prices are reasonable for Edinburgh. Definitely worth a visit.

The food is average and the prices are above average. So one visit was enough for me. It's okay if you're desperate but there are better places for sushi in Edinburgh.
