Nice accomodations in Napa just a few blocks from downtown. Riverwalk behind the property is a nice backdrop for patio enjoyment Pool is smaller but nice and clean Rooms are basic Staff at desk is wonderful... Bar staff is moody.

The front desk staff is always cheerful and happy to see you come ( and go ) with goodbyes and well wishes. Locker room is clean and towels are available. Never had an issue with equipment availability Assets: Rock Climbing wall and heavy bag mat area Classes: some odd times but cover the necessities in the early morning and late evening. Instructors: Motivating, friendly and knowledgeable.

You won't be disappointed on a visit to this place unless of course you're expecting +Jillian Michaels... because she's not there and neither is her forceful, "I'll break you" attitude. What you will find are an amazing caring staff and comfort to change. You'll sweat and you'll learn more about how to live healthier and may even lose some weight but you won't be yelled at. Food ( although calorie restricted ) was wonderful Workouts - good paced and throughout the day People - priceless

If you work on Mag Mile this is one of the best gyms in the cities with staff, equipment and group fitness classes. Equinox is known for it's high quality instruction and unique, effective classes. Try the CORE classes.. they aren't just for your waistline.. they are about helping you create lifestyle changes

Had a quick run to Office Depot last Thursday and love how they help you! I showed them the pictures of what I needed and they lead you right to the item plus make suggestions as well. They are super friendly and appreciate the insights on even using off brands.

Where's the rating on the food on this one - because it's off the charts. Ordered a Narnaja Shrimp Salad - was amazing! then also had bites of the fish tacos ( tilapia ones were my fav) tater tots ( just like when I was a kid) and a steak dish on the specials menu was really great too! ( wrapped with lettuce) For a bar this isn't "bar food" it's worth the trip to go there for a meal - go for lunch where the barness isn't a factor. Outside paito looks fun too - but it wasn't warm enough - when will Chicago warm up?
