Not even Google (+AdWords Brasil
) is immune do Brazilian's unmatched incompetence at everything.
Their support line is littered with a disgusting mixture of canned responses uttered by morons who apparently cannot take 2 minutes off their video game time to read the emails in a thread, and the sheer incompetence of someone providing blatantly wrong instructions, not seen in or, worse, contradicting documented pages as fresh as November last.
Every time I reiterate the quite simple problem I'm having I get one such canned response telling me to follow instructions on the very page missing from the flow described on the public-facing documentation.
I have repeatedly re-explained the very simple problem with the sign up form - the absence of the billing preferences menu - and the person on the other side of the line keeps telling me, after days waiting time, that the solution to my problem is filling out the billing preferences page.
How long do I have to put up with this?
Is this the Google standard of customer support?
