Edit: Hittade listan. Bara Miljöpartiet, Vänstern och FI får godkänt.

Using the Greek crisis as the perfect smoke screen, the European Parliament voted TODAY to back a compromise on the most controversial piece in Europe’s future free trade pact with the U.S., the "TTIP".

The compromise was about the notorious "ISDS". The "ISDS" are arbitration courts common in some trade deals that allow foreign investors to sue national governments over losses or interference with their profits, referred to as the "Investor State Dispute Settlement" provision.

The compromise states the system of the "ISDS" will be abandoned, and a new one will be created instead.

Get it?

They just changed the name.

Off course all sorts of nonsense were said how this new system will be transparent, with public participation subjected to bla… bla… bla…

I don't give a toss as to how "public" and "transparent" this new system will be, WHY THE HELL do you even need ANY system where corporations can sue sovereign governments in the first place???

And why the hell the members of the EU parliament who pretend to represent people's and national interests and NOT corporate interests, go along with this insanity?

Don't miss out on this celebration/comedy/parody of the 80's.

Watch the movie at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bS5P_LAqiVg or here if you are in Sweden: http://www.svt.se/kung-fury/se-program/kung-fury-avsnitt-1

Then listen to the music video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTidn2dBYbY while reading about the movie http://www.kungfury.com/

(The video is stupidly region locked although it's "released for free on the internet".)

This is huge! Consider all cell phone communication relying on the 3G, 4G or LTE encryption insecure!

NSA and GCHQ (and who knows who else) can passively listen and record all cellphone communication and likely have the keys to decrypt the communication if they would like to.

Given that this is about the keys stored in SIM-cards it could also mean that things like credit cards and other security cards are a lot less secure than you thought.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Swedish FRA is in on it too. And there is only one political party that gives a sh*t about this type of problem here and don't justify everything with "anti-terror". Help us +Piratpartiet!
Confirmation of what we all figured was happening anyways: NSA and GCHQ can listen to all your cell phone communications. They stole encryption keys from a major SIM manufacturer.

EU's law about "the right to be forgotten" is such a joke.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_to_be_forgotten

The text quoted below is what a site administrator gets when a page is removed from Google's search result. The targeted page is just a bunch of names of people that got married, hardly anything sensitive or something of private matter. As site owner you can't even know what name that was a problem. Was it even the same person that filed for the request? Is it just someone who now is trying to wipe the (European) web from any mention of a particular name? What can a site owner do to get the page back if he don't even is allowed to know what the problem is?

"Hello,
Due to a request under data protection law in Europe, we are no longer able to show one or more pages from your site in our search results in response to some search queries for names or other personal identifiers. Only results on European versions of Google are affected. No action is required from you.
These pages have not been blocked entirely from our search results, and will continue to appear for queries other than those specified by individuals in the European data protection law requests we have honored. Unfortunately, due to individual privacy concerns, we are not able to disclose which queries have been affected.
Please note that in many cases, the affected queries do not relate to the name of any person mentioned prominently on the page. For example, in some cases, the name may appear only in a comment section.
If you believe Google should be aware of additional information regarding this content that might result in a reversal or other change to this removal action, you can use our form at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/eu-privacy-webmaster. This is actually the most stupid and dangerous thing I have read in a long time. I knew the consequences of recent events in France would go in this direction, but I could not imagine it would go to this level in no time at all.
WTF? David Cameron vows to ban TLS (and any other type of encryption MI5 can't read) if reelected.

Yes, he said that.
