I know.....why would a 62 year old woman want to do something so stupid, because if I fall, OMG, I'm sure I'll break something.  It's almost a feeling like bike riding.  Once you've done it, 20 years can pass and you can ride a bike just like you did before.  I used to hang out at the roller rink all the time.  I loved it.  Then in my 20's before hurting my shoulder really badly, I took an industrial sized broom to a church parking lot nearby where I lived.  They said as long as I didn't sue them if I got hurt, it was fine to skate in their lot.  They loved having a clean parking lot as well.  In college I was in the ice skating club, but got hurt pretty bad trying to land a jump.  Of course after over 25 times of landing on my tailbone, going to the health center next door to the rink, they made me spend most of the evening sitting on the ice in the rink to get the swelling down.  I don't know, it's just a feeling I have and something I've wanted to do again for such a long, long time.  Wish me luck that I don't break anything.

I think I would probably go back to the wild west or maybe King Arthur's days.

Judy, you can still on on your account, and utilize the service.  I do a lot of cleaning up of my entries, on the months I can't search.  It will still allows you to go into some of the Census that you have already added to the individual, and of course you can go on Find A Grave.  Don't give up entirely, you can find names and add them in the comments to research when you get back your membership.  You can add 'facts'.  I find it hard to pay membership some months.  The choice between bread and membership, lol
