Looks great on the outside, has adequate room (the one i stayed in), terrible parking. The room - adequate for staying overnight. However, NO FRIDGE, NO MICROWAVE. In addition, with my socks on i rolled the bottom of my feet on something squishy. A green gummy bear was left behind by the previous guests. Attempting to get ice for some water I had purchased from a CVS next door. The ice machine on the floor I was staying in (floor 2) was broken. Figured the ice machine on the 1st floor would be working...nope. Tried the third floor and was able to get some ice. Parking - On the night i had arrived there was parking for roughly 30-40 spots, all taken. At least they had complementary valet which was nice when i checked in. However on the day I checked out it took about 25-30 minutes to get my car. I checked out about 9:45 AM, and when i wanted to leave i had to check with valet to get my car. There was a line of fustrated customers who had also checked out as well. There was only one valet handeling 7+ customers. After 15 minutes a valet from the Sheraton came to assist the valet. Because of the wait for the valet, traiffic has started on the nearby stretts and had further delayed my travels. Thin walls and can constantly hear casual chatter from the hallways. Was able to get some rest, but the service was horrible.

We stayed in their biggest, two bedroom suite, for 4 nights. Pros: Walking distance to Disneyland. Not too bad of a walk. Had the room configuration that we wanted and needed. Room was quite large. Free wi-fi. Decent sized pool with good hours that it was open (7 am to 10 pm). Little strip mall kitty corner from the hotel had a few places with very inexpensive, decent food. I recommend Subway for breakfast. Cons: VERY noisy - construction going on next door, steel plates on the street with buses running over them made it VERY hard to sleep, especially in the room facing that side of the street. Woke my kids up, who easily sleep through the fireworks on New Year's Eve in Hawaii (rumbles that shake the house). Not well kept up - outlet plates falling off the walls, chips in the walls, super squeaky doors, just a little on the run down side. Not super clean - there were a few ants in the room, housekeeping wasn't great (didn't change out towels, didn't replace garbage bag). Elevator and hallways not air conditioned and therefore very hot.

We stayed here for 5 nights in a kids suite. It was a 3 star hotel at best. The staff was nice and the lobby was clean and nice as well. The room was not great. There were bugs in the room (not bed bugs, but silverfish and other weird bugs on the wall), the a/c didnt work consistently, and the bed was horribly soft. My husband and I kept getting stuck in the middle of the bed together because it was such a cheap mattress. The sheets WOULD NOT stay on the bed. We had to get up and fix them a few times each night! The bathroom was ok, but had rust all around the door jamb and plumbing fixtures. It basically just needed some major upgrading. The kids portion of the room was ok. the bunk beds were sturdy and felt safe. the kids enjoyed them. The fridge and microwave were clean as well. The TV's had horrible reception and picture quality. The channels would often say that they were no longer available. It wasnt a huge issue for us since we spent most of our time out of the room though. Other members of our party stayed in the regular rooms and they were a little better. The bathroom was certainly nicer. The laundry facilities were pretty bad. The 2 washers had so much old slimy soap corroded in them that they didnt even wash our soap thru the machines. The laundry/game room felt really dirty and needed updating desperately. The pool was small but adequate. Not enough towels were available regularly for all the guests. I wouldnt stay here again, although the price was good for the proximity to Disneyland, and I dont normally stay in "budget hotels" so I was expecting it to be nicer, which I probably shouldnt have. I would say its comparable to other 2-3 star hotels surrounding Disneyland.

When you arrive at this hotel, the outside looks nice. It has nice curb appeal. And when you first walk into your room, first glance makes it look nice. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this hotel. My 1 year old son was walking barefoot around our King Bed Suite and within minutes, the bottoms of his feet were black! The rest of the time we either wore socks(which also ended up filthy on the bottoms) or shoes in our room. My husband and I slept on the pull out queen sofa bed. Now, I never expect much from a sofa bed, but this was by far, the worst one yet. A few of the springs were broken, two of the tiny support rods were broken, and the mattress squeaked and creaked so much! Anytime one of us moved, it would make the worst noises and would wake our family in the room. We ended up having to move the mattress to the filthy floor just so we could get some decent sleep. Also, on the wall close to the window, I noticed a trail of ants going up and down the wall, and along the floor. DISGUSTING and totally unacceptable. The room itself is dated. The wall paper was peeling, fixtures were old, etc. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom. The door to the room doesn't really seal. You can see light coming in from the hallway through the sides of the door. The walls are thin and you can hear people all night in the halls. This hotel was a disappointment. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon check out, I noticed they had a "Travelocity, Best(or Great) Hotel" Award displayed in their lobby. That should be taken down. My family loves to travel to California, and although it's location to Disneyland is quite convenient, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great location, walking distance to Disneyland. Also has the first stop on the ART bus line #3 coming from Disneyland resort. IHOP across the street is open 24/7. Pool is awesome, and hot tub very relaxing.

It was disgusting to find out that they have bedbugs and indeed be bitten by one in that hotel. If you check the mattresses you will find stains of blood everywhere. Make sure to not take your little kids there!

We stayed in a "deluxe room" with two queen beds, for three nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice, although the sink area outside the bathroom is quite small, especially with the coffee maker and supplies stored there. Didn't have instructions for the television channels and services so we just surfed that but we didn't really have or need much TV time. One caveat--our first night, we arrived late and ordered from the "Pizza House" featured on the hotel key. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with salad special. It was not good. Not horrible, but not good. Pasta was a bit overdone for our taste; the sauce was nothing special; same with the meatballs. Salad was just a bunch of iceberg lettuce with a few shredded carrots and shredded red cabbage thrown in. "Italian" dressing was incredibly oily and the oil was some plain vegetable oil. Like I said, not good. The hotel, in general, has the feel of needing an upgrade all around, like it's just a little worn. On the other hand, we really enjoyed our stay. I would certainly consider staying here again, but it wouldn't be my "go-to" necessarily.
